Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship Leagueâs own Lorenzo Hunt is seen in this video being “stole on” by Hector Lombard, also of BKFC. This fray happened shortly after Lombardâs victory against Joe Rigs back in June. Admittedly, Put It Out There TV a little over a month late on this. Thing is, I canât be the only one who didnât know about this interaction between Lorenzo Hunt and Hector Lombard. Can we expect a match between Hunt and Lombard in the Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship ring?

As it can be seen in the video, Hunt appears to be aggressively approaching Lombard. Iâm sure you can agree that Hector Lombard was still in fight mode after his fight, somewhat justifying his reaction. Letâs be honest here; Lorenzo Hunt is a very dangerous man. If anything, Hector Lombardâs reaction was a mixture of self defense and acknowledgement and Huntâs tenacity in the ring. An up close and personal hook taken from Hunt could put the toughest âson of a gunâ to sleep or worse. This article doesn’t take anything away from what Hunt can do in that ring. Even still, seeing Lorenzo Hunt get stole on by Hector Lombard is newsworthy. It could possibly mean a BKFC match between the two.

What is the Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship League?
The Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship League is what traditional professional boxing can never be. Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship League were a creature of the night, it would be the vampire-werewolf hybrid from the movie, âUnderworldâ. It has all the strengths of boxing, and none of its weaknesses. BKFC is much more vicious, and in my opinion, demands a little more skill than traditional boxing. Donât get it twisted. Bare knuckle boxing is nothing new at all. In fact, now that I think about it; bare knuckle fighting predates what Iâve been calling âtraditional boxingâ. Bare knuckle fighting is traditional boxing. Todayâs boxing is in fact professional T-Ball. The BKFC website states the following:
âBare Knuckle Fighting Championship (BKFC) is the first promotion allowed to hold a legal, sanctioned, and regulated bare knuckle event in the United States since 1889. Based in Philadelphia, and headed by President and former professional boxer David Feldman, BKFC is dedicated to preserving the historical legacy of bare knuckle fighting, while utilizing a specifically created rule set which emphasizes fighter safety. BKFC will hold all of its bouts in a revolutionary circular four-rope ring, designed to encourage fast-paced and exciting bouts. The patented BKFC âSquared Circleâ contains scratch lines, based on the Broughton Rules which governed bare knuckle fighting in the 19th century, and which requires fighters to âToe the Lineâ: start every round face to face, and just inches apart.â

Lorenzo Hunt vs. Lombard?
With me just finding out about this fray between Hunt and Lombard, I sure havenât heard any talks of a bout being set up between the two. I gotta admit, a fight like that would be a sweet sight for sourly sore eyes. Iâd like to think that the two piece chicken biscuit combo Lombard served up to Hunt is still sitting in the back of Huntâs mind. Hunt has to want to step in the ring with Lombard just for a little get back. Can we expect a match between Hunt and Lombard? Let us know what you think in the comments. Also do you think it was justifiable to see Lorenzo Hunt stole on by Hector Lombard.
