Rabie Not First Employee of Elevation Burger Alleged to Have Assaulted Women

Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office alleges that Luis Fernando Ore of Sterling followed two young girls into the restaurant restroom at Elevation Burger and sexually assaulted them back in 2016.

According to a Washington Post Article, Fadi Rabie is not the first employee for Elevation Burger to be charged with assaulting young women while on company property. Back in 2016, Washington Post published a story naming former Elevation Burger employee, Luis F. Ore, as a blatant sexual offender. Luis F. Ore, while working his shift at Elevation Burger, is alleged to have followed 2-young girls into the restroom, held them against their will and sexually assaulted them.
