Physical Product Refund Policy

1.) Not all products sold directly by Put It Out There TV are refundable for. We will only refund customers for unopened undamaged products, unless a product arrived to the customer damaged. If the customer does not want to exchange the damaged product for a replacement or another product of equal value, only then shall we refund the customer.

2.) Digital products in physical formats including but not limited to a flash drive that contains data, a music cd that contains data, dvds that contain data are NON REFUNDABLE, due to the fact that a download is provided after the purchase. The reason for this is because once you receive the digital product from us via download access, you will be able to copy it to another device. On the contrary, if the customer opens the product and alleges to have received the item damaged, we shall replace the item with the brand new item.

Custom Clothing Product Refund Policy:

3.) Custom clothing is only refundable for up to 14 days for defects, sizing errors, and customization errors.

Intangible Digital Product Refund Policy:

4.) The digital products sold by Put It Out There TV are NON – REFUNDABLE. The reason for this is because once you purchase a digital product from us, you are immediately given instant access to the product, and once said access is granted it cannot be taken back. You will ALWAYS have access to the product. Therefore be mindful before making your decision to purchase our digital products.

5.) The are other digital products sold by other vendors that are and/or will be promoted within the pages of our shop. Those digital products have refund protection policies that are governed by their perspective merchants. Those policies usually guarantee a 30-60 day refund period.

6.) The digital products directly sold by Put It Out There TV are NON – REFUNDABLE. The reason for this is because once you purchase a digital product from us, you are immediately given instant access to the product, and once said access is granted it cannot be taken back. You will ALWAYS have access to the product. Therefore be mindful before making your decision to purchase our digital products.

SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES REFUND POLICY

8.) There are no refunds for subscriptions unless you’ve cancelled a subscription prior to being billed for the next cycle. EX: If you are supposed to be billed on the 5th of the month, but you cancelled your subscription on the 4th of the same month, you will be refunded upon request.

9.) If you so happen to accidentally choose the upgraded subscription packages and would like to downgrade to a lesser plan, we will place you on the correct subscription plan and issue a prorated refund.
